Cycle of an Egg Preparing for Ovulation

An egg's life cycle before ovulation is generally about three months.

That is to say the quality of egg formation may be affected during this 90 day window prior to ovulation, after the egg is initiated. Eggs can be affected during this time by:

-Blood Flow
-Proper oxygenation
-Hormonal Balance
-Nutritional intake
-Stress

These are all factors which you have some control over and should therefore work on in order to increase egg health. Now for a closer look at each factor and how you can work on each:

Blood Flow and Proper Oxygenation

Stress
