How to Hard Boil an Egg
- Serves: As many as you need
- Prep Time: 1-2 minutes
- Total Time: 10-15 minutes
Ingredients
- Eggs
- Boiling water
Instructions
Place desired number of eggs in boiling water for no more than 8-10 minutes. Next drain the pot and fill with cold water to prevent the egg whites from turning grey. Finally let stand for a few minutes and then the shells should peel easily.

- Fresh home grown eggs from free range chickens (I believe) have little risk of salmonella as compared to mass produced eggs from 'factory farms'.....
