    Eggplants are both beautiful and tasty, especially tasty in the form of Eggplant parmigiana. :) I had no idea eggplant was in the potato family!

    Eggplants are so beautiful. That is what first attracted me to this vegetable but I soon found out that it is a very versatile vegetable. I really like your lens! More recipes to try. Thank you.

    I love to grow and eat different colors of eggplant, they are so fun. I like to grow the longer, thinner ones, rather than the big ones.
