Hey, great resource! Thanks for listing my blog too! I'd like to recommend a link to Natural Pigments - http://naturalpigments.com/ . They sell pigments and other supplies for egg tempera artists, with an emphasis on traditional and hard-to-find pigments, and they have articles and forums on egg tempera.

I took a look at the website and it seems to be rather more appropriate to oil and watercolour painters. Not a lot about egg tempera

Great information on Egg Tempera painting. I'd like to suggest a link - http://www.andrew-wyeth-prints.com/biography.html where it discusses how he worked primarily in watercolours and egg tempera.

That's so cool that you did a lens on Tempura. Tempura was the first paint that I ever learned how to use. I've been thinking about going back to it, too.

As an artist, sculptor and writer. I find it comforting to know that no matter how fast or crazy the world gets. There are always those who have a true passion to keep tradition alive and well.
Many thanks for building a fantastic lens.

What good work you have done! In Sweden I used to have courses of how to paint with Egg Tempera on wood and baskets. It is an ancient way of mixing paint and good to know how. I too have a lens about eggs :-)
