Maybe the most common disease almost all of us human -if I can't say all- have experience with it is acne, yes acne, acne can be caused by a certain bacteria in our skin, or from the increasing level of hormone called androgen,. Acne is also can be caused by the excessive use of cosmetics that can clog your pores.

 

Now here are a couple of tips to help minimize the chance of having one:

1. First you must know your skin type, is it oily, dry, normal -not too oily and not too dry-, or do you have a sensitive skin, or a skin that is prone to acne. As by knowing your skin type it will help ou to determine the right skin treatment.

2. Drink enough water, advisably 8 glass of water each day.

3. Eat more healthy food, and less junk food, what I mean by healthy food is more of fruits and vegetables, as they contain vitamins and mineral needed by our body.

4. Exercise, as it will help the blood circulation, and gives your skin more take in of oxygen.

5. Relax; long term stress can cause your acne to get worse, so it is important for you to be able to manage stress.

6. Avoid drinking and smoking, smoking and alcohol can cause dehydration and lack of water ussualy manifested in the skin.

7. Have a clean skin, what I mean by this is that you should always try to keep your skin clean, especially when you're about to go to bed.

8. Try to use a natural skin cleanser, Find fruits like papaya, orange, lemon or avocado in your kitchen and make a facial mask or pack. If you don't have these, you can use oatmeal, egg white or vinegar mixed with warm water. If you have more vegetables than fruits in your kitchen, use cucumber, tomatoes or cabbage.
