- Elderly persons can no longer go by themselves that's why they need a companion especially when travelling. A companion must be understanding and have long patience and must also be compassionate so the elder would feel at ease and secured. I do accompany my Mom every time she wants to travel. It's the least I could do. It's also a good thing that she has Supplemental Medicare Insurance Plans that suit her needs with her medications. Being with my mother all the time made me think to have a Medicare Supplements quote for me and my husband to assure the life ahead of us.
