The Braun Series 7 isn't cheap, but if you have the money it is one of the top shavers of 2012.

It's not only fast and efficient but it is also self cleaning. The Pulsonic shaver, manufactured by Braun creates a ripple motion as it glides, so much more hair is removed. The shaver gives a gentle shave with a vibrating motion that glides effortlessly over your face. The Pulsonic Shaver doesn't create any noticeable friction with the vibration; this is good because sometimes vibrating electric shavers can be a little gimmicky.

I don't recommend anything cheaper than this, as the cheaper razors don't tend to last very long.
