Why is the the success of predictions so important to the Electric Universe theory? Main stream sceintists are always surprised at what nature reveals to them. It is as though nature keeps getting it wrong and does not know what it is doing. Science gets it wrong so much and is always changing its ideas that the only conclusion is that the "base" and original theories and ideas are wrong.
One example of the successful predictions was the Comet Tempel 1 and the Deep Impact mission. This showed the Electric Universe base ideas are sound and that main stream scientists got it completely wrong.

The ideas of the Electric Universe theories are simple but due to the fact that they will totally change your universe they can be difficult to comprehend. It is a matter of unlearning your main stream science and starting again.But the Electric Universe theory can promise you the answers to those space and earth questions that standard science can not answer or the answer scientists give does not sit very comfortably with reality.
The universe is not as complicated as you are told. Does the world and nature that you see seem like it would create "Black Holes", dark matter and energy or the Big Bang? Look at the room around you. Do you think that even the material you can see could be crushed into a single point? Then look at the stars in the sky and think about them being crushed into a single point.
Oh and by the way all all Stars are made of Plasma. Over 95% of the universe is made up of Plasma (electrically charged gas). Scientists are still looking for dark energy and matter which they say makes up around 95% of the universe. But the thing with dark energy and matter is you can never see it. Genius. It can not be proved it is not there because we can not directly see or observe it. Yet it MUST be there otherwise nature does not know what it is doing.
The easiest and quickest ways to learn about the Electic Universe theory are to watch some videos or chat about it. Of course you will need to still go to the EU websites to learn more and more about it.

Is the Sun nuclear or electric? What proof is there for it being not nuclear and for it being electrical?
Why are sunspots the coldest place on the Sun, when they are the furthest we can see into the Sun. Why is the inside of the Sun dark?

Is the Sun electric? Why is it nuclear?
Sun spots are the deepest we can see into the sun. They are also the coldest spots on the Sun. They are also dark or black. They are also area of monstrous magnetic activity. In space it seems you can not have magnetic fields without electrical currents.
Sunspots go in a 23 year cycle. The first 11 years they travel in one direction in one hemisphere of the Sun. The next 11 years they flip to the other hemisphere and travel the other direction.

How the sun really works
(see links below for details of this model, numerous peer reviewed publications, and direct observational evidence) The first thing that any person can see is that the current standard model of the sun is highly inadequate. Its assumes that the top of the convection zone (photosphere) is the final stage in the mechanism that makes the sun shine. But this is not true. It has no explanation for the majority of the sun from this point onwards, it fails to explain why the photosphere is at a temperature minimum, it fails to explain why the corona is millions and millions of degrees hotter than the sun, it fails to explain why the solar wind stops completely on occasions (sometimes for days), it fails to explain why the equator rotates more rapidly than the rest of the sun, the filamentary structure of the corona, why particles accelerate with increasing distance to the sun, and a whole host of other issues that are better explained with the electric sun model. The main Problems with the current model of the sun are as follows: * Temperature of the halo-like corona is 300 times that of surface, violating the inverse square law for radiation * Rotates faster at equator, faster on surface * Solar wind accelerates (somehow) upon leaving the Sun * Sunspots reveal cooler interior * Sunspots travel faster than surrounding surface * Sunspot penumbra (interior walls) reveal structured filaments and move much faster than slow convection should allow An eletcrical model would solve many of these problems. To its advantage the electric sun model is relatively simple. It is entirely self consistent and does not require the existence of mysterious entities such as the unseen solar dynamo that lurks somewhere behind the fusion model and creates impossible 'tangled magnetic fields' that produce sunspots. (The very word dynamo was coined by electrical engineers to describe a direct current generator. Magnetic fields are produced by electric currents in coils, inductors and transformers, not by the movement of hot gasses.). The ES model does not require arbitrary adjustments, exceptions to the laws of physics, or after-the-fact speculations. It passes the Occam's razor test far better than the current model. In the ES sun hypothesis, the power of the sun does not lie deep within it, the sun sits as the focus of not only the planets but also a large plasmasphere. Due to its size the sun has a large electric capacitance; this capacitance receives charge from cosmic (birkeland) currents that exist in our arm of the galaxy. The sun thus exhibits a relatively high voltage and produces a double layer on its surface. The HELIOSPHERIC CURRENT CIRCUIT of 100,000,000 Amps flows into the sun, based on MHD considerations first derived by Nobel laureate Hannes Alfven. Although Plasma Cosmology and the Electric Universe theory appear to be the same there are differences. Plasma Cosmology is the more pure ideology and theories basing itself on Plasma Astronomy. The Electric Universe theory embraces all of Plasma Cosmology but then goes further into the Universe. If it is an Electric Universe then that means everything needs to be considered.The Electric Universe theory considers and discusses virtually everything apart from a couple of subjects. Although these are discussed by followers there is no "official" line on them and there never will be. What are the 2 subjects that the Electric Universe theory will not officially give an opinion on?
They are "Creation or the beginning of the Universe" and "God(s)". Why? Because after seeing the mess that the Big Bang has caused (Billions of hours, money and lives wasted on it) they dont want to fall into the same Gravity Well! Actually it is because we are very unlikely to know how it all started. Unless you were there how do you really know?
Scientists say they have the creation of the Universe worked out yet their workings out give us a Universe where 95% of it is Dark Energy or Dark Matter. The Electric Universe theory people keep suggesting that as the Universe is made up of 95% Plasma and this Plasma is everywhere could it be the electrically charged Plasma that is this mysterious Dark Energy? Could it be an Electrical Universe?

NASA's LCROSS mission (Lunar CRater Observation and Sensing Satellite) is looking for water on the moons surface in an interesting way. It will hit the moon in a dual impact and record the plume activity.
The moon has been struck a few times by man made objects, the Apollo 12 moon mission and more recently a satellite was slammed into the moons surface. A part of the Apollo 12s Lunar Module was released and directed onto the moons surface and for some strange reason the moon reverberated for over an hour!
The last satellite to impact on the moon made a very bright flash.
What will happen when the LCROSS rockets fire into the moon? Will it ring like a bell again? Was the Apollo 12 vibration caused not by the physical affect but of a more Electric Universe affect?
