Since the beginning of time, the bald eagle has represented Strength and Protection. They are so beautiful as they soar overhead, it can take ones breath away to watch their beauty.
I recently had the pleasure of seeing two of them on the Puget Sound in Washington. The tour stopped and photographed their beauty. One was perched on top of a high tree, and watching a baby Bald Eagle in it's nest below. (See photo in Guestbook) One of the statues below reminds me of that eagle.
The other was just sitting on top of a huge rocky area, the size of the Eagle stood out as we could see him from a long way away.
