Personally I would use the creams in conjunction with exercise. I think the lotions and creams will help your skin appear smoother and younger. These areas need moisture. The skin around the cellulite would benefit if it were taken care of which would in turn help reduce the cellulite.
The Key to Eliminating Cellulite
As you age into your twenties your metabolism begins to slow and you start having muscle loss. As a result fat begins to accumulate. The good thing is that you can combat this by regular strength training. If you build muscles it helps to burn calories. In weight training you should target areas such as you abs, thighs and buttocks. Lunges squats, leg curls, and leg extensions are effective. However, a full body exercise regimen is ideal for total body fitness.
If you want to lose the cellulite then you will simply have to adjust your diet. Eating foods that are low in fat and rich in fiber is healthy and will make you look and feel better. Additionally you should moderate foods containing white flour. Avoid white rice, commercial fruit juices, colas and burgers. Five to six small but balanced meals, rich in lean proteins (fish and chicken) and low-glycemic carbs (oatmeal) will suit you better. Limit your sodium intake.
