Always Hungry and emotions

Overeating and constantly feeling hungry may be emotional answers for our problem in life. The emotional strength we find on pampering yourself to feel better through the brief pleasure through eating. Therefore when we become aware of our feeding through the food we begin to relate differently and understand importance of our meals. Always be hungry means to be dissatisfied with our emotions and feelings in our life. Often lies behind the eating that we would not have handled real dissatisfaction and unpleasant experiences what we have through life.

Emotional hungry frequently comes quickly and suddenly 

Physical hungry comes gradually

Emotional hungry running quickly and dramatically, while physical hungry increasing step by step. It starts with growling intestine, then becomes stronger and raised with the filtering in hungry.All this happens very gradually and differs from the emotional hungry.

This is usually a sign of emotional hungry. Physical hungry is happy to be able to get whatever to eat, while emotional hungry focuses on a specific taste.
