    Thanks for outlining all of the courses that are essential for employee development. At the beginning of my own career I was always critical of these courses and didn't take them seriously, but since then I've run into so many situations where additional training in these areas would have been helpful. Now I actually look forward to being able to attend such training. I've also been heavily involved in working with trainers to develop training plans from templates that will help course development. Businesses can only gain from such training, and attendees always seem to come away with a greater appreciation of the skills taught. Great lens!
