How useful is your employee manual in your workplace?

    We don't have employees yet, but when we will need them, manual would be handy. I like the humorous part too:-)

    You can't have a great handbook/ manual without a great culture and without great people..otherwise...they are just meaningless words.

    A good employee manual allows employees to help themselves. Everyone needs to understand how a company functions and the do's and don'ts. Great Lens. I wish my company would update the managers handbook. I guess we will see.

    The Employee Handbook makes the mysteries of managing every employee easier. It means fewer headaches for employers and employees alike.

    Employee Handbooks are useful in many phases of business. Make sure to have one and then use it! They are valuable in training new hires and review of company practices for veteran employees.
