A collection of material related to internal communications, leadership & collaboration
Below is the entire collection of books I've reviewed since I first began this lens in June, 2011.
In addition to the reviews, I also sprinkle in some of the items I'm currently reading, such as magazines, articles, blogs, etc., and give a little commentary along the way. Of course, many of the items on this list come highly recommended so if something peaks your interest, I make it easy to toss in your Amazon shopping cart :)
If you're looking for my review of Total Leadership: Be a Better Leader, Have a Richer Life, please note that the full-length review is now posted on a new lens called "The Employee Messenger's Book-of-the-Month Series." Thanks.

Employee Messenger Review -- June, 2011
"What Americans Really Want...Really: The Truth About Our Hopes, Dreams, and Fears"
Any good communicator will tell you that you must LISTEN to your audience. But what do you do when the things people DO, don't match up with what they SAY? In this book, Frank sets out to conduct hundreds of interviews, focus groups, measurement studies, surveys, usage data, etc. ( everything you should be doing with your own employees) uncover what it is that Americans really want in their lives. I thought it was great.
