Emross War Guide - 7 Days

Emross War is challenging game and doing things correctly for the first 7 days really can make a big difference for the rest of your gaming experience. In Emross War, the first 7 days you have protection from other players. This means that they can't attack your castle, so you don't have to worry about losing troops or resources. That is why it is so vital to hit the ground running. You need to build up as much as you can in the right areas in order to get a decent army and buildings for when your protection is removed. If you get the foundations right you can then build and develop however you feel after that knowing that you have a solid platform to fall back on.

FYI Please Read

This is just a quick note to say this is a very advanced guide for players who are going to dedicate 7 days to getting started in Emross War. To achieve the aspects listed in this guide you must spend nearly all day of those 7 days playing, get the gems from downloading free apps. Please do not attempt anything in this guide unless you are going to give 100%. It can be done.

Emross War Guide - Day 1

During the first day you will not be doing much apart from getting used to the game controls and building up your starting resources and army. There is a nice tutorial in the form of quests so I advise that you run through the beginning quests as they are a good starting point.

In Emross War in order to buy anything you need gold/gems and in order to construct buildings, do research and train troops you need iron, wood, food and gold. So it is important to build your resources up as early as you can as it will make it easier further into the game.

During the first few days construction time will be very quick, you need to get the next building started as soon as the previous one finishes. If you keep on top of it by the end of the first day you should have your resources up to Level 5 by the end of day one and you will also have completed the beginning quests, they give you resource bonuses each time you complete them too. Make sure you accept all the quests or they will not register as being completed.

The final part of day 1 needs to be getting your army started. You will not have many troop types to choose from at this stage so just try and get around 50 Infantry trained up. They aren't the best fighters but its a start.

Emross War Guide - Day 2

It is now your 2nd day, you will be used to most of the aspects of the game by now and are already hooked and gagging for more. The game is still kind of slow at this stage but stick with it.

You completed all of the beginner quests in day 1 and now you should have a few more quests available. There should be some quest for building your army up. You want to complete as many as possible but most importantly get to the Protector quest completed.

You should now have a nice little army, not much good overall but you can start doing some raids. On the world map you should see some resources, look for the ones labelled Small. It doesn't really matter which ones you raid as long as you keep raiding. Each time you capture the resource you will hold it for a while and then your army will return. When it does send it out again. This will help build up your resources.

If you have lost any troops in the resource raids replace them. Try and send a decent sized force to make sure your losses aren't too great.

At the first opportunity that you get try and construct an Arena. Then hire your first Hero. It doesn't really matter how good the stats are because they are all quite bad at this level. You will only be able to get a 10, you won't find Jacks, Queens, Kings or Aces for quite a long time yet. As soon as you have a hero send them out with your troops. That will start getting them experience and also help you capture the resources.

Now that you have your hero and are used to the battle format you can start attacking devil armies if you are lucky enough to have any 1 star ones within range. There aren't usually that many around. When you go after devil armies it is known as farming by the players in Emross War. Basically you are killing them off for gold as it is easier then producing your own.

Emross War Guide - Day 3

You can now start getting more in depth into the game now that you have reached day 3. Try upgrading your Barracks as you will need that at quite a high level to be able to get decent troops later on. Also upgrade your University as upgrading it will give you access to more of the research available.

You hopefully managed to get to the stage yesterday where you can train Protectors. These are a good alright troop with around 40 attack and 30 defence. They will give you much more flexibility then Infantry.

If you managed to find 1 star devil armies yesterday keep farming them, if you didn't get to that stage then make sure you start doing that today.

Now that you have started farming you should be getting regular amounts of gold in. Use the surplus gold to upgrade your Resources and keep upgrading the Barracks and University where possible.

Emross War Guide - Day 4

You are now over half way through your 7 day attack free period. As time is running out you need to start getting prepared for a possible attack as soon as your 7 days is up. One way to do this is with Walls. They reduce the loot percentage of any would be attackers. Try and get your Wall built up to around level 5 by the end of today.

Keep doing the quests that are showing up they all need to be done at somepoint so keep on top of them. By now hopefully you will have your Barracks up to level 6 and also have your university up to a similar level. Make sure you keep on top of the research because without researching when required you will not be able to train specific troops. It will tell you what you need to research for each soldier type when you look in the Barracks. If you only manage to get up to level 6 Barracks start producing Lancers, if you manage to get up to Barracks level 9 go for Star Slayers instead. Star Slayers have nearly double the attack and defence of the Lancers so if you can get to them today its looking good for you.

You should now have quite a good sized army. Use this army to move up to farming the 2 star Devil Armies in your area. They produce a much better gold yield and keep replenishing your army if you take any losses.

If you find you have spare space in your building queue and spare resources keep building up your Resource manufacturing and also remember to build new houses if your population is getting too small. Many players tend to keep their resources manufacturing as low as possible and rely mainly on Devil farming to acquire gold to buy the desired resources. So don't go overboard developing them, keep the farming high enough to sustain your army, that is the only important resource.

Emross War Guide - Day 5

Now that you are an established Emross War player you should be able to move up to larger resource colonies. Depending how big you have got your army you should be able to go for the medium ones.

As on all the other days, keep upgrading your Resources, Barracks and University. They need to be as high as possible to be able to sustain yourself after the 7 days are up.

Ideally you will have your Barracks up to between 11-12 by the end of today. Level 11 will let you get Berserkers which have quite a high defence so can be useful, but if you can get it up to level 12 you can start producing Hellfires. These are the mainstay of the majority of Emross War players due to a reasonably high attack and a defence of 180. Remember if your defence is higher then your opponents attack you will not lose any warriors or at least not many. If you have managed to get Hellfires try and get as many made as possible, if not you can get to this tomorrow.

Still keeping farming away at the 2 star Devil Armies and if you can find any 3 stars that are just Horrors they might be worth a crack too.

Emross War Guide - Day 6

Day 6 you have to focus on building your army as your 7 day protection is nearly up. You must make sure that you are producing Hellfires today, all efforts should be put towards making this happen. You hopefully will already have at least 50, but if you have only just unlocked them start churning them out. You want to have about 200-300 by the end of the day. Now that your army is bigger, farming the 2 stars should be a peice of cake and again keep looking out for the 3 stars with just horrors as they are well worth the effort.

Emross War Guide - Day 7

Your final day of protection. Here you need to start getting things finalised ready for the big day.

Make sure your wall is up to at least level 8, you really don't want to be losing too many resources if you start getting raided.

Keep producing hellfires, they are your army and a good amount will hold you in good stead for the following week. You want to have around 500 in your garrison by end of play today.

You should have an army that can take on the majority of 3 star devil armies now. Be careful if they have high amounts of Nightmares you don't want to lose your troops unnecessarily. Keep farming you will need that gold.

Emross War Guide - What Next

The protection period has ended, you have your resources working well for you, a good sized army and a university Oxford and Cambridge would be proud of. Now you are free to do whatever you want and play however you see fit.

Many players just keep farming devil armies and horde gold in blocks.
Others like to develop their resources so they have endless supplies.
You could just keep researching and your kingdom will learn more and more.
Alternatively go forth and conquer, this is Emross War after all......

I hope you have enjoyed the 7 day walkthrough. Any questions just drop them in the feedback at the bottom and I will do my best to help out. Please also let me know how you did, what did you achieve on each day. I would like to make this guide a better experience for all new players.

As a guide, this is a massive fail... an actual guide will give step by step accounts of what to do... this tells you to have hellfires... where does it say to start leveling your university? when to start leveling your barracks? for someone new to the game, this will only help frustrate them because when they realize that they need magic forge for hellfires, they will want to smash their idevice. especially for new players, getting them to berserkers should be the main goal in the first week.

Unrealistic guide lol.... 99% of the people would not have been able to do the things you have listed... you should adjust when you have time

This guide needs a lot of work. I'm level 33, I have been playing for 4 weeks, and have not done a lot of the things you recommend to have done by the first week. Unlike some people, I have a life, and games are not my number 1 priority. This guide is just impossible without a million gems, which I don't have.
