We Are Harry Potter

I have loved the Harry Potter books and movies. I've been dismayed when people said to me after I gushed about them, "but there are witches in them, and curses." Yes, there are wizards, too, and all the stuff of fantasy.

Fantasy is actually very real. It is the stuff of imagination and pretending. And imagination and pretending can be immensely powerful. It can get you out of a tough spot. It can make you laugh when the going gets tough and you need some tickle juice.

If you love Harry Potter, and thousands of you do, look at the books again. See how what is in them relates to you in your life. When have you wished you had an Invisibility Cloak? When have you had an Invisibility Cloak? (in other words, have you ever felt invisible? What contributed to those feelings? Could those feelings be harnessed for the positive?)

Pyramids were ancient ways to focus energy. A friend relayed to me that we lost this ability to harness energy with the civilization in Egypt that had it and built the pyramids.

Mayans, Incas, Celts, Druids, and other ancient people also had ways to focus energy in temples, pyramidal structures and sacred grounds set up using geometric shapes and patterns.

Today, we still have those temples and we have ways to focus energy. It doesn't take a special race to use energy, either. Today, we are the wizards--the Harry Potters, Gandalfs, Merlins, Eowyn's, and Galadriel's. Our magic - and our temples and pyramids - show up in different ways depending on what we believe and the energy practice we select. A lot of the time, we aren't aware that we are using energy, or like I discuss elsewhere in my lenses, that we are psychic - intuitive - six-sensory beings.

Take a moment now and see if you can see yourself as an energy transmitter, like a radio transmission tower that emits signals. What are your signals? Do you always communicate in words, or are you communicating sometimes energetically--without words?

Do you seize people up before you know them? Just what are you "reading" to do this? Could it possibly be energy, or what you might call a person's vibes?

If you can see that, if you have felt vibes, you may also be able to imagine that there are actually grids of these vibes or vibrations that you can work with. You may not be able to see them, but you certainly have felt them. This reminds me of another wonderful fantasy, Star Wars. Remember how the Jedi learn to harness The Force in order to use their light sabers? Just what is that - Force? And is that Force in you, now? Can we harness it? Some folks are doing it right now.

Having heard that our bodies and minds are similar or function similarly to computers, we might also be able to conceive that we can bring in chips like computers use to help us harness energy, upgrade our operating systems, install new software--or grow, heal, and change.

And this is exciting stuff. It means we can perform our own kind of magic. It means we can work with our Middle Earth to transmute that which doesn't serve us and bring in that which does. It means we can have the best of Hogwarts. It also means that there are no Muggles or Mudbloods. We are all Harry Potters. We simply have different degrees of aptitude and interest in our energy selves and our energy possibilities.
