This is a topic that is very near and dear to me because I suffered from panic attacks and general anxiety for seven years, and if I really take a look back at my life it started when I was a child but only manifested itself in the form of constant panic attacks about seven years ago.

So what is a panic attack, first of all I would like to say that some of these symptoms could also be signs of serious medical conditions so always check with you doctor anytime you experience anything that you feel is cause for concern. Panic attacks are sudden periods on intense anxiety, fear, and a variety of mental and physical symptoms. They usually come on abruptly and cause what is known as the fight or flight response, in which the body is shot full of adrenaline and hormones. Most attacks last only a few minutes but the anticipation between attacks can make them feel like you are having them most of the time. Many people who have them for the first time think they are either having a heart attack or are experiencing a mental breakdown.

Does this sound like you? Well you don't have to feel alone anymore there are plenty of us out there. I suffered for a long time, but now I no longer suffer from panic attacks. I am free to live my life without fear. It is a great feeling.

The good news, you can stop having panic attacks. You can end the cycle of fear, you can live you life again. I tried many things along the way to my recovery but the one that worked for me was Panic Away .

Some tips I can give you to help end your panic attacks:
1. Lower or stop you intake of caffine, you will be amazed at what a difference this can make.
2. Get 8 hours of sleep whenever possible.
3. Work out with weights or do cardio for 40 minutes a day five times a week, this will greatly reduce you anxiety and get you in a positive frame of mind.
