Have That Sustaining Power: Discover How To End Premature Ejaculation

Click Here to Discover How to End Premature Ejaculation!
Honestly, premature ejaculation is far more common and complex than anyone gives it credit for. The problem lies in the fact that men are not really very vocal about this. This is certainly not an easy topic to bring up in the doctor's office ("Hey, doc...I have this little problem. Well, it's not really little, I mean, it's not really a problem..."); or much less, something to talk about in the men's locker (Hey, dude...do you think you can...how do you...nah, never mind.")

Premature Ejaculation Leads to Bigger Issues

Although the problem is common, it also lends itself a complex façade. Men who usually have premature ejaculation often worry about their condition to a state of agitation, which further propels them to ejaculate earlier than anticipated. In worst case scenarios, men who are afraid of coming too soon may either shy away from any form of intimate contact with a partner or suffer from erectile dysfunction or ED when they do.

There are Ways to Prolong Your Lasting Power

Fortunately, there are many ways of prolonging your time during sexual activity - and we mean, natural ways at that. Forget the prescriptions pills and the herbal remedies and those alternative supplements. Those things can only lead to some major disappointments, and you certainly would not want to waste your time or money (and your digestive system) trying to find out which products work and which ones do not.

Talk to Your Doctor About Premature Ejaculation

Your first step would be to get to the doctor and have a full medical check up. A lot of people attribute lack of staying power in bed to psychological concerns, but that may not always be the case. Any form of heart condition can affect your sustaining power, so it would be best to eliminate any possibility of physical ailments first and foremost. If your doctor gives you the all-clear, then you can start with your Kegel exercises. Kegel exercises are focused on strengthening the pelvic floor muscle (which is also known as the PC muscle or the pubicoccygeus muscle.) You can basically pinpoint where this is by simply trying to stop your tinkle in mid-flow. That is actually the exercise, and you can do that without having to do number 1. You simply clench that muscle for 5 to 10 seconds at a time, and then release - whenever, wherever. Incredibly, this simple exercise will help you double, triple....sextuple (get it?) your time in bed. However, Kegel exercises do take time to take hold. So try not to get discouraged too early if you do not see immediate results. The great thing about this exercise is that it is easy to do, and you can do this discreetly anytime, anywhere.

Importance of Talking to Your Partner to End Premature Ejaculation

The last step would be to actually talk to your partner, if you have one. A supportive partner would help ease your worries about your sustaining power in bed. It might actually come as a shock to you, but most women are satisfied with their partner's mattress performance. Nonetheless, if you think this is an issue and you do get agitated by the fact that you have no sustaining power beyond the first 3 minutes, then ask your partner to try any form of "sex therapy" with you. For most men, foreplay plays a huge role in easing the person into a more comfortable stance. Others prefer brief but numerous bouts of intercourse. Others can prolong their time after one or two performances. In other works, try to find something that works best for both of you, and you will find that you do have enough power to sustain you through your lovemaking in the end.
