Hey -- it's a debate pitting energizer vs duracell!
I've been a fan of the Energizer bunny for a number of years and enjoy those cute commercials. In fact, I enjoy that bunny so much that I've got a miniature replica that sits on my desk in my home office.
What's that I hear? Duracell has hijacked the Energizer bunny? Say, did you ever wonder HOW or WHY they came up with that cute pink bunny? So, this year will it be Energizer or Duracell batteries in your Christmas presents?

To set the record straight, Duracell used a pink bunny (in fact, a whole bunch of them) in a TV commercial long before Eveready did. I know, because I wrote the commercial! In fact, I won both a CLIO and EFFIE award for it.

DURACELL would win hands down. All they have to do is entice the bunny into the battery with a carrot or some lettuce before the big coppertop comes slamming down with a satisfying boom...squishing the bunny into pate.
