Energy Drinks Online

I started out researching energy drinks online and found the most common ingredients included are:

Caffeine
Taurine
B vitamins
Inositol
Ginseng
Artificial Sweetners (or the opposite - a really high dose of sugar!)

Now many of these ingredients are okay, when taken separately and in moderation.
