This Could Be The Last Hypnosis Weight Loss CD You Ever Need!

Enjoying weight loss-, that title alone sends a totally different message to your mind. It makes you think that it is possible to enjoy losing weight. Now I bet that is a far cry from all your previous attempts at shedding excess fat from your body.

I am going to assume you know all about hypnosis and I will not be going delving into the basics. My aim is to give you a through and honest review of this hypnosis weight loss cds.

Why did I get the cd in the first place? I cannot for the life of me remember how I came across the Enjoying Weight Loss CD but I bought my copy a year ago and like most people, I had the best of intentions when I was buying it. I listened to the first cd once and that was it. I dumped it in a lower drawer of the chest of drawers beside my side of the bed.

I even planned to sell it on EBay at the beginning of the year when I was doing a clear out, but never got around to it. Thanks Goodness I didn't .

Enjoying Weight Loss - Significant Changes In My Eating Habits.

For the past year, I have been working from home, which means, I am constantly around food and guess what, I have been busy piling on the pounds.

About a month ago I decided I needed to lose weight and started going through all my weight loss resources (did you notice I said weight loss resources, because whatever you can think off, I have it) and found this cd.

I decided to use it as prescribed and I have seen some very noticeable differences in my eating habits. But before we talk about what benefits I have noticed so far, let's talk about the hypnosis cds themselves.

Each Hypnosis session is conducted by Roberta Temes, a psychotherapists with many years experience helping people lose weight, or so she says. There are altogether 4 cds in the program, and except for disk 1 each cd has 2 hypnotic tracks.

CD 1 - Introduction to Weight Loss and Introduction to Hypnosis

CD2 - Selecting Your Food Program and Eating Smart

CD3 - Avoiding Temptation and Exercising regularly

CD4 - Appreciating Yourself and Maintaining Your Weight Loss

According to the leaflet enclosed within the package ......"the experience of hypnosis is different for everyone ....you might go very deep and not remember the session .....but for most people hypnosis is like reading a good book....you are absorbed but you are still aware of your environment."

My personal experience is the second one and the good thing about it is that it forces you to create time for yourself. The average length of each listening session is 20min and in order to get maximum benefit from each session you must not have any interruptions.

How To Use The Program.

On the first day, you listen to the first disk in its entirety and towards the end of the second track there is a short hypnotic session giving a taste of what to expect in the other sessions.

On the second day, you listen to track 1&2. This is to help you select an eating plan, e.g weight watchers, Jenny Craig, South Beach or anyh other weight loss plan of your choice.

Once you have selected an eating plan then go on to listen to second track on disk 2 - Eating smart for 3 days and if possible two times each day.

Then you move on to disk 3 -Avoiding temptation for another 3 days and you continue using that pattern until you have listened to all the hypnotic tracks.
