I was TERRIFIED about the idea of trying to start my own business. I thought it would be so difficult -- too hard to learn all the skills necessary and put my hat into the proverbial ring of businesses that make up the economy. I thought that it would just be easier and less scary to join forces with someone else's business.

The older and older I got, the more and more I realized how silly I was being. Starting your own business is not nearly as hard as some people make it out to be. In fact, it can really be quite easy. Now, with the advances in technology, you can start your own business with sites like Etsy and Zazzle (or even Squidoo) in a matter of minutes.

I highly recommend picking up one of the books from this lens (or scouring the internet) and looking for some other resources that you find pertinent. With the way that our society is trending, I think we're going to see more and more entrepreneurs than we used to in the past. YOU CAN DO IT!
