Ergonomic vs non-Ergonomic chairs

In this day and age I don't think there is a home that doesn't have a home office. Most of these home offices are better equipped than their counterpart: the office work space. The home office is where the "master" of the office can insist on the type of furniture that makes up the office decor.

I don't foresee the home office hours being cut down or eliminated in the near future. If we must work at home, then let's do it in comfort. Let the furniture work with our bodies and not against us. The advantages of an ergonomic chair is a dream come true. These chairs can set the height, seat depth, backrest angle, recline level, armrests levels and lumbar support. What an ergonomic chair can do a conventional chair only dreams of being able to do. In case you haven't figured it out yet I am for ergonomic chairs. Now you know my opinion; now I want to know yours.

The seat height is supposed to work with your body type. This allows the chair to be adjusted to how my feet set on the floor and also makes my work area more accessible. Don't be fooled not all pneumatic adjustable seats are ergonomic seats.

    These ERGONOMIC Chairs look so comfortable and helpful. I was in a car accident several years ago, and ever since using things that are ergonomic have really been a great help for me. I would love to have a couple of these that you have selected. ~ Nice!

    Yep, I notice that my chair arms are too high, causing me to hunch my shoulders and to get a stiff neck. So an ergonomic chair that isn't adjusted right can hurt you.

    That's right. Most people thinks that ergonomic chairs are preset for them and don't think they need to adjust the chair. They are easy to adjust to our body types. Once set it's good to go.
