- Reduce your stress by working out or meditation. Stress in your life can disrupt your sleeping patterns, and suppress your body's immune responses. While reducing stress may not solve your problems, it will ensure you are physically and mentally capable of staying in the fight.
- Take prescription drugs only when medically necessary. Antibiotics destroy healthy and unhealthy bacteria in our bodies.
