Do You Watch Eurovision Each Year?

Loading

Yes, I never miss it!

Lindrus says:

I love Eurovision, even though the whole concept to compete in music doesn't really work. Tastes vary. And the politically motivated voting is disappointing.

No, it's musical hell!

prosperity66 says:

No, I don't watch this by-product of the European pseudo-culture since the arrival of the Eastern European countries. It isn't a musical contest any more, it has become a political and popularity contest. Israel's presence isn't logical to me, next it's downright revolution since the arrival of those ex-Eastern block territories... I plan to boycott the eurovision next year.

venusasaboy says:

I used to be a big fan when I was a kid, especially because of the voting system. Now I don't really watch it anymore. The choice of songs is awful.

guitaristic says:

Go go Hotel FM!

I like Eurovision, but - as many others who have watched it through the years - I'm disappointed in the voting system.

It's a shame that France didn't win the contest - I'm NOT French!!!

The Eurovision must stop here, it should be the last edition of this nowadays Eastern Europe only contest and all Western countries in Europe should boycott the event next year.

I'll do the best I can to have our TV channels not broadcast this insult to our intelligence and our honesty.

Sorry, that's my rant for the... day? Perhaps the month. I also don't plan to comment on any kind of advertisement for the least honest contest ever.

By the way, I recommend to everyone to BUY Amaury Vassili's CDs, he's one of the best singers of the 21st century and represent the greatness of the Western European culture and art!

I adore Eurovision, and as an English viewer the dulcet tones of Terry Wogan always add to the experience for me. I remember meeting a woman a few years ago in my hotel in Budapest during a month's travel, and she turned out to be a former Hungarian Eurovision contestant from years ago! I didn't recgonise her at first, there having been so many. But I did get her to sing for me, which brough back some ace memories!
