    I'm a full time student but I have a part time job teaching kids at a tutoring center. This lens is a gold mine of information for me. Nothing lights up my day like seeing the light bulb look on a kid's face when they "get it". This lens should definitely help :)

    I enjoyed this lens so much - and your focus. Although I have never worked as a teacher, I did get the certificate and it really changed my own kids lives. Even if you are not a homeschooler, you can bring a lot of this into play - as a grandparent, a teacher volunteer, tutor or parent. Thumbs up for sure.

    My river otters lens is a bit long but it is still one of my favorites. I wrote it soon after creating a pond life habitat unit study in my K-1 classroom and so much of it came from actual activities we created in the class.

    I've been looking at lens on the top 100 list and found this one. Can tell much about a person by a lensography, nice to get to know you. I'm working on my first lens yet about large dog beds, but you sure have given inspiration for others.

    Oh my gosh! I just cannot believe all that you have done. I am an 8th grade Algebra teacher at a public school, and I know how much work must have gone into the lenses you have made and lessons you have created. They are absolutely amazing. If it's alright with you, I would like to share your lensography with some of the teachers that I work with!

    Also, I wanted to thank you for the great comment that you left on my lens about my cats. It really made me feel good about the work I had done!

    Hi Evelyn - I am totally in awe at your lenses...when I was 11 I was lucky enough to have an truly inspirational teacher who quite literally changed the course of my life by bringing me out of my shell (I was an incredibly shy child :) ) and giving me the confidence to achieve things I would otherwise have not attempted.

    You look as though you came out of the same mould :D

    Evelyn, I'm going to email this to my sister Shelly who works at a school and will be sure to pass this on to educators. This is very impressive lady! I've been posting lenses I like on SquidU, and will do that too. You are one hot lensmaster my dear! I'm going to list it on my People Who Matter lenses too. - This is an amazing accomplishment to have made so many wonderful lenses.     I remember when I had only 14 more to go to get to 50. It seemed so daunting. Now it doesn't seem any harder to keep up with the 100 than it did 30. You will get there sooner than you think.

    This is the most phenomenal lensography founded with some of the best lenses I have seen on Squidoo.
