SplashTone.Com - Online Booking

With SplashTone.com, anyone can book bands online. Whether you're planning a house show, a frat party, a battle of the bands, a concert, or even festivals, SplashTone.com is an easy and fun way to book performing artists.

SplashTone is free to anyone who wants to book bands online. Artists accounts are free but upgrades are available.

Artist Sign Up | Plan Your First Event

Plan Your Event

Step 1: Create a new event

After signing up for an Event Planner account, the first thing you need to do is create your first event. SplashTone.com lets you do this really easily. Just tell it where your event is, what kind of artists you are looking for, and include some details about your event.

Invite Artists to Perform

Step 2: Browse Artists

After you've created your event, it's time to find artists to perform! SplashTone let you do a name and/or zip code search right there in your event details page. If you want to do more extensive searching you can click the "Artists" tab and do all sorts of filtering, sorting to find just what you're looking for.

When an artist is invited to an event, they will receive an e-mail confirmation and have the chance to accept or decline your request.

Wait for Artists to Find Your Event

Step 3 (optional): Accept/decline performance requests

Artists can find your event on SplashTone's event pages and request to perform. This is where a lot of the fun is in booking bands online. You just sit back and wait for the requests to come in!

You'll be sent an e-mail notification anytime someone requests to perform at your events. You just have to accept or decline their requests.

Manage Your Event

Step 4: Communiate with artists, change event details, etc.

SplashTone doesn't stop being useful once your event is booked! After you've created your event, you'll have access to several tools for managing your event.

Send artists messages with upcoming information on the event, special instructions, info about stage setup, etc. Each artist will have access to a map of your event location and have one-click access to driving directions so that they don't get lost.

You can easily change time slots for each artist as well as cancel slots or invite more artists to perform. You can of course always change the details behind your event, like where it is, what the pay range might be, what time it starts, etc.

Artists who have a Gold subscription are able to request booking fees from you as well. If you like, you can pay these artists online through SplashTone.com.
