What I am describing is an exciting form of meditation. You can discover awareness about your self - and what is below the surface affecting you.
Once you are aware of these clues - whether they're something you sense, feel, or observe - you can have a life that is more fulfilling.
Instead of being part of a river that pulls you along so that sometimes you feel like you're drowning, you can be part of a river that teaches you how to flow, meander, avoid rocks and logs and stay clear of flooded areas as well as sandpits where water no longer travels.
See what calls to you on line. What calls to you in nature? What about foods? Clothing? Can you observe without purchasing or are you someone who buys on impulse? Do you judge yourself? If you do, how does that make you feel?
If you allow these clues to deepen so that you begin to learn what they have to teach you as though they are Obi Wan Kenobe guides or Sherlock Holmes, you will find yourself changing in ways you might never imagine. Life can become richer and you will feel more alive because of your active investigation.
