Everything Sailor Moon

The first season of Sailor Moon began in March 1992. It introduced us to Usagi Tsukino (Sailor Moon), Ami Mizuno (Sailor Mercury), Rei Hino (Sailor Mars), Minako Aino (Sailor Venus) and Makoto Kino (Sailor Jupiter), as well as Mamoru Chiba (Tuxedo Mask) and the cats Luna and Artemis.

The enemies in season one are the Dark Kingdom, called the Negaverse in the English dub.

Sailor Moon R opens with the Doom Tree miniarc featuring Ail and An. The main story introduces Chibiusa (who later becomes Sailor ChibiMoon), Setsuna Meioh (Sailor Pluto), and the villains The Black Moon Clan.

Sailor Moon S introduces Hotaru Tomoe (Sailor Saturn), Haruka Tenou (Sailor Uranus), ad Michiru Kaioh (Sailor Neptune), known collectively along with Sailor Pluto as the Outer Soldiers.

Sailor moon SuperS centers mostly around Chibiusa/Sailor ChibiMoon. It introduces Pegasus, the cat Diana, and the villains The Dead Moon Circus.

Sailor Moon Sailor Stars is a bit more mature than the other 4 seasons. It introduces the Three Lights/Sailor Starlights and Sailor ChibiChibi.

Despite popularity among fans, Sailor Stars is the only season of Sailor Moon that has not been released in English.

Pretty Guardian Sailor Moon is a live-action tv series retelling the classic Sailor Moon story. It ran for 49 episodes between 2003 and 2004.
