Evil spirits -- one shamanic view

Let us shift paradigms and open up a both-and attitude toward "evil spirits" (whatever they are)!

Though shamanic experiences with evil spirits may be troubling, these spiritual adventures and emergencies are always teachings and healing.

As with human relating, my encounters with spirits I consider evil might mean, show and tell more about me. Maybe evil is one of the words I use to categorize and judge spirits I meet but feel uncomfortable around or take a dislike to. When I meet a person I react to with dislike or discomfort, I can learn more about myself. the world and life by asking and understanding WHY I don't like that other earth-traveler.

At first this lens will show or link to an array of different perspectives, definitions and opinions about evil and evil spirits, without promoting or condemning any. Later I may write more of my understandings.

What is linked to or shown here in the modules may have little to do with what I would write about evil spirits. I am exploring ideas, notions, traditions, teachings, symbolism, meanings and opinions around or about evil spirits broadly though this lens.
