From the lens Is Evony Better Than Kingdoms Of Camelot?.

Say it here - is there something I've missed, something I should add?

    Kingdoms of Camelot Atw. I love Kingdoms, I am very successful, and I have played evony before. Evony bores me, while Kingdoms doesn't. They have now upgraded their layout, making it more appealing than evony ever could. I think that evony is a sad game compared to kingdoms, because the navigation is so difficult. I have been active on kingdoms since march of 2010, and I have seen somethings that I want to be considered.

    Kingdoms is on facebook, with evony, but kingdoms has more acessability (sp). I Have nearly 1 Million of every troop, and am working on Cats and Rams. I hope you'll come to find out that Kingdoms is easier than Evony if you log in for the login events. Nearly 3 times I've gotten a Divine inspiration for these events and its only been within these past few months. I will always be partial to Kingdoms.

    This is an excellent lens. I haven't played Evony for 18 months now, I managed to break my year long addiction to it, and also to Farmville. These games can end up taking over your lives if you are not careful, especially when to miss a day might mean enemies coming in and destroying everything you built up over months. You can get highs, but to lose a city can leave you very low, especially when you consider it might have taken you a hundred or more hours to build.

    I get you there. I enjoyed writing about this, and probably should have written about Mafia wars at its height (I had a couple of system's), however, I also stopped playing because they really can take over your life. I'd much rather be writing on squidoo (with rockstart mode). It feels like a game, and its a real world thing.

    Evony is much faster on producing than the Camelot. It has more good graphics than on the Camelot.

    really great and informative game review! I have seen quite a lot of Evony banners on Google ads but i still never try this game, just try to avoid the same situation while i played Travian all the time :P

    This is a really good lens, I liked the way you presented the case for both games. I played Evony for 8 months until I quit, because it was taking over my life. I had to get up early in the morning to feed my troops and set production going, had to spend all evening and weekend doing the same, and some nights I could not sleep because of the fear that my cities were going to be attacked. I am now into my 10th month of being Evony free, and spending my time writing and creating lenses instead, which is far more productive.
