Excalibur Dehydrator

The Excalibur Dehydrator is definitley the Ferrari of the dehydrating world. It is far and away the best dehydrator that I have ever used.
I have celiac disease and so do 2 of my kids, so it can be quite difficult to get store bought snacks for lunches. This was the reason for buying my first dehydrator a couple of years ago.

When I realised just how useful these machines were, particularly for my family I decided to upgrade to a model that could dehydrate enough food for our whole family.
