This is indeed very valuable source of information if you're really serious about losing weight.. But don't be fed up by those shiny home gyms that don;t work.. Actually there are lots of gym fitness equipment you can use to lose weight and become fit without costing you a fortune and one of them I'm using and passionate about is the Marcy home gym.

We need a separate room for our gym equipment. We have a BowFlex monster thingy, a new treadmill (Nordictrak) and an elliptical, also nordictrak...I probably spelled those wrong!
