    I started going to gym now, to lose weight i'm 21 my weight is 130pounds. i exercise everyday, i do elliptical and cycling for 30 mins each to tone my legs, and i can feel and see my body is improving, but sometimes there are days that I'm lazy to go gym. But i'm pushing myself, to lose weight. Now, i'm concentrating on arms and put it on my routine too, how many time should i do the dumb bell exercise??

    I'm very impressed with your training program, but be careful not to overdo it as you may burn yourself out. Training should always be fun and not a chore. As far as dumb bell exercises, it's widely considered that doing three sets of 8 to 12 repetitions is sufficient. Good luck.

    These are excellent instructions. I've found even five minutes a day with dumbells makes a HUGE difference. Everyone has five minutes...

    i wads doing 30 + push ups a day but now because of smoking i cant do even 15 :(

    Push-ups are the bane of my existence. I can do sit-ups and squats all day. I will move past the girly push-ups.

    Dips are also a great excercise for reducing those flabs :) I made lenses about excercises so you might want to check them out! Great lens!

    Nice lense with easy-to-follow exercises. This is absolutely my worst problem (and that, indeed, is saying something - as I am very overweight), and now I can see that there are a few simple exercises I can definitely do. Thanks!
