It doesn't matter what time of year, there is always someone somewhere that is wants lose weight or get in shape. We resolve ourselves to exercise every day or get to the gym everyday. Soon life gets in the way. It is really hard to do this when you have home fitness and exercise equipment sitting in your way!

I joined a gym back in August of last year. I had every intention of going three to five times a week. Well the kids got sick, then I got sick and I got out of the habit of planning to go. This gym in particular has odd hours and that is a problem as well. Just another excuse! Home exercise equipment would solve this problem! There are so many options out there!
