Exercise to flatten your stomach! It's one of the best ways that you can go about losing that excess fat.The problem is, you must know the exercises to do and the routines to follow for the best results. Hint: Doing a Million Crunches Alone Is NOT Going to Flatten your Stomach! With that being said, I want to give you two exercise routines to follow for a flat stomach.

Walk - Run to Flatten Your Stomach
You would think that targeting your abs with a bunch of crunches would be the best way to go about flattening your stomach. However, it is not, and I will tell you why soon. But before I do, I have to give you a good routine to follow.

- Walk or Run at least 5 times a week.
- For at least 30 minutes a day.
- For maximum results, walk an hour a day, 7 days a week.

Do Crunches to Tone your Stomach
So here's the deal. Running will get rid of the fat that's covering your abs. Once your fat is gone, you can tone up your abs by doing crunches.
Yes! It's possible to be fat and have a 6 pack! - That's why you must run to get rid of that excess fat so you can actually see that sexy six pack.
With that being said, this is a great ab routine exercise to follow to flatten your stomach. Remember that it's important not to work out your abs everyday. Instead, only work your abs out every other day.

- Thanks for a great read. I think that walking is actually undervalued as an exercise form, and people don't realize that even a few minutes each day really can make a difference over time.
