The most simple, overlooked exercise for sciatica ever - stretching
Real easy to do
Lie on the floor face down
Prop up your body with your elbows and look straight ahead, you'll be arching your back slightly. DO NOT STRAIN YOURSELF.
Start out with this for 5 seconds, hold for up to 30 seconds at a time. I think about 8 repetitions should do you.
Once you have mastered this, and your back is looser (could be 10 minutes, could be 10 days) - try to stretch a bit more:
As before, lie on your front, but this time use your hands to prop yourself up as before.
Try this every 2 hours.
This exercise for sciatica should work well, but you should also CHECK THIS OUT for the ultimate solution.
