Brisk walking 

Walking is a good aerobic cardio exercise which can lose your weight and also burns your fats. Walking should be practiced after mild stretching exercises. It is important to walk fast and in open atmosphere and not in treadmills. When you feel tired, slow your speed and again continue walking fast.

Stepping exercise 

It is a best exercise that can be practiced in home with stairs. Climbing them up and down can take a good toll of your weight and strengthens your muscles in the legs.
