Exercise Equipment

Here is a list and a short description of popular exercise equipment you may have seen advertised on televison. Which ones caught my attention? And which ones did I purchase? I will admit I have quite a few. I have the bun and thigh roller, the orbitrek and the urban rebounder. There is something I like about each and everyone one of these.

The bun and thigh roller is very simple to use and light weight. It only takes me about 5 minutes to do my simple routine and I feel it in my upper thighs the most.

The orbitrek I bought a few years ago and is also easy to use and it also works my arms.

The urban rebounder is fun. You are exercising on a small trampoline and the dvds that come with it are fun to follow. JB Berns gives you a great workout.
