Coming from the small town of Page, Arizona, I never knew what an extended stay hotel was. I figured that when families were relocating or business travelers were on the road for an extended period of time, they all just stayed at regular hotels paying the nightly rate. The concept completely makes sense. An extended stay hotel is sort of like an apartment hotel where the guest can stay as long as they need and check-out as soon or as late as they'd like.
