Colon Cleansing is a must in the average person today. With Americans eating any and all fast food, it is no wonder that Colon Cancer kills as much as it do.

After doing some research, I found out that each year, more than 50,000 people die from colorectal cancer or Colon Cancer. The symptoms of Colon Cancer are not recommended to be your first sign of going to the the doctor, because most deaths associated with Colon Cancer only endured fiscal pain at the very end. But, here are the signs anyway.

Having a bowel movement less then three times a week can be a sign of Colon Cancer, however, it is also can be a sign that you need to change your diet. So, this symptom is not always a tell, tale sign.

Having thin shaped stool is also a sign of Colon Cancer. Stool hardens at the end of the rectal and blockage can force it to take shape in a thin type cylinder. A healthy stool shape is in the shape of a banana.

Stomach cramps can also be a sign that you have Colon Cancer. A tumor can be like a blockage in your intestines not allowing stool to get through. Everything that passes through your intestines can be blocked due to a tumor even gas.

Blood in your stool. Now, this is one of the reasons why I said waiting for signs of Colon Cancer is not recommended. Tumors bleed , but not often. Even if the tumor does bleed, the chance of you detecting it are slim to none depending on the location of the tumor.

Losing weight without reason. This is another tell,tale sign. If you are losing weight at a steady rate without diet or exercise you need to consult a doctor.

Vomiting. Now, if you are not one that has a weak stomach and all of a sudden you're sick and began to vomit from motion sickness and smells, that is one of the signs that you have Colon Cancer,

There are other signs of Colon Cancer like bloating, a sense of fullness, and a drop in energy, but, like I said before these signs can be caused by many things.

The only true way of finding out is going to get a check up.

The average American works 40 hours a week sleep 6 hours a day and workout 2 hours a year! Now, I'm teasing, but we do not put enough effort into keeping our bodies in good health. Fast food chains are all over this country. and for the life of me, I can not figure out why do people still eat that junk after the movie Super size it and not consider Extreme Weight Loss!

People are more interested in going to dinner then dining at home. Mainly convenience and laziness. So, why am I rambling on about this when you want are trying to find out how you can lose weight. Simply put, look at what the average American does and do the opposite!

You also have to eat less more often. You can't eat junk foods for snacks. But, the most important thing is that you have to do it consistently!

Fat is not something that will go away just because you gave up your favorite foods. You can give them all up and not lose a pound. How is that? Because fat needs to burn! Fat is stored energy for the body and if you are not active enough, the body may shed it but it will take forever for you to lose the extra 10 pounds.

This is where a lot of people go wrong. They cut down on their favorite foods, but they still consume the same amount of calories! Boy, isn't that walking around the tree. You will get nowhere with this technique! If you want Extreme Weight Loss, but just do not want to give up everything, you need to eat less. If you are usually consuming 3000 calories and you maintain your body weight at that number, then cut back 500 calories a day and watch the pound fall off.

But, who wants to count calories? Now do you see where I'm coming from with laziness. Who has the time in this busy world to lose the weight that they want to lose?

Now, i can see if you are elderly and have a hard time getting around, but if you are 33 years old, please get rid of the clapper.

We buy items purely on convince. Putting the lazy bug into high gear. We thing of losing weight as another chore and not a way to stay healthy!

But, now we are going to put away the excuses, right? first of all, we must get out of this mindset that everything comes easy! That is one of the biggest lies in weight loss. Nothing burns fat better then cardio! Cardio is always best in the morning. Your body is at its freshest when yu wake up and you can burn more on a slightly empty stomach.

Now, I recommend you get a stationary bike. it easier on your joints then running and stepping. Ride for about 45 minutes every morning and watch the weight begin to fall away.

Very important is to know that many of the foods put on the shelves are made for us to get fat, so knowing what to eat and what to leave on the shelves is in my opinion a very important part of achieving your weight loss goal!

I have to say that having a Colon Cleansing was one of the best things I have done. I am only 26 and figured that Colon Cleansing was not necessary until I did it. Man, I feel great and this is why you should try this!
