Ezekiel Bread History
In 1973, a woman by the name of Carol Levergood was impressed by God to go on a fast for 40 days and pray for Israel. She felt she should eat only the bread described in the book of Ezekiel so she wrote down the grains and beans listed in the scripture and then asked God to show her the correct proportions. In 1981 she wrote a book entitled "God's Recipe" (out of print) about her experiences.

- I'm bookmarking this lens because I have been wanting to dig out my vitamixer and make some hearty bread - this idea is incredibly intriguing to me. I used to make whole wheat bread in my vita-mixer (mine is over 20 years old, it's got the no longer available hammermill blades) starting with wheat berries. It will be great fun for me to follow your recipes. Thanks for an interesting and useful lens!
