What Will You Become?
The game takes place in the fictional world of Albion, five hundred years after Fable's setting, in a colonial era resembling the time of highwaymen or the Enlightenment; guns are still primitive, and large castles and cities have developed in the place of towns. Unlike the original, the player may choose to be either male or female. Fable II enhances the system of morphing one's character based on their actions as introduced in Fable. Character morphing revolves around two main alignments: Good and Evil. These are affected by simple moral choices (killing one's spouse, etc.). There is also Purity and Corruption, which is affected by the greediness or piousness of the character. (read more).

Fable 2! (The only Fallout I liked was the original.) For those that say Fable 2 is too short or quick to "beat" either have short attention spans to begin with and/or perhaps lack ingenuity and fecundity -- as there are many different ways to play Fable 2.

- When will Fable 2 be released?
- Fable 2 is scheduled for release on Oct. 21 2008 in North America and Oct 24 in the EU, according to Lionhead Studios head Peter Molyneux.
- Is Fable 2 going to be on PS3?
- No, LionHead Studios are a company based in the united Kingdom but have contracts (much like Epic Games, they make Gears of War and Bungie, the people who do the Halo series) that require their games to be released solely on the Xbox 360 for Microsoft Games Studio.
- Is there online play?
- Fable 2's online multiplayer patch is complete and will be released alongside the game. At any point a friend can connect a second controller and jump right into your Fable II game. This is my favorite feature. I really wish more games would take advantage of this.
- Should I play Good or Evil?
- Well both sides are pretty well balanced. Good is harder then evil. Also if your good everyone loves you and wants to marry you, if your evil everyone hates you. So it really depends on what your prefer.

I just heard a guy on a website say that fable 2 is going to be the biggest diapontment of the year, this miffed me off. I was just wondering if people agree with me when i say thats a big pile of crap because everyone i know wants this game.I feel the game is awesome and would like to see if people agree with me that i think he is talking out of his ass? - I never played the first Fable, but I can't get enough of Lionheads second installment. What makes it appealing might not be it's action, but the interactive world and how so many worldly objects are affected by your hero's decisions. The environment and what you and your companion can find is second to none, and also the way to earn gold. Bringing up a virtual mideavel family adds to the fun of it's core gameplay.
In my opinion, every aspect of this game fit's together perfectly.
Looking forward to Fable III, IV and V.

- Fable 2 please, not as good as the first one. OK better graphics but the story line is to shallow . Fable 1 had better characters ( and more! ) I for one was disapointed and wish I never bought it.
