Fantasy Artists of Etsy Street Team

Fantasy Artists of Etsy (FAE) is an Etsy street team dedicated to art in the fantasy genre: Dragons, wizards, unicorns, trolls, fairies, Celtic items, fairy tales, Medieval costumes, invented creatures, and more. FAE's goal is to promote Etsy and the fantasy art of its talented members, who create everything from magic wands to fairy dolls.

What is Etsy?

Etsy is an online marketplace for buying & selling all things handmade.

Its mission is to enable people to make a living making things, and to reconnect makers with buyers.

Its vision is to build a new economy and present a better choice:
Buy, Sell, and Live Handmade.

It's free to become a member and free to open your own online shop. It's just 20 cents per four-month listing and a 3.5% commission on each sale. Etsy offers a tremendous amount of resources, advice and support to help artists with their creative businesses. With over 12 million visitors each month, having your creations on Etsy offers you and your work a great deal of exposure. Click here to join if you'd like to use my name as a referral.

FAE Exhibition

Current theme: Fright Night

Every month or so, the members of FAE choose a theme and display their work. That exhibition is updated weekly with new items until the next one goes live.

In honor of Halloween, our theme this month is "Fright Night." Better go get it before it gets you.

All over the world, mushrooms fascinate people. From the earliest times, they have been associated with magic, witchcraft, religious ceremonies, and special healing rites. But for most of us, mushrooms are something to eat and enjoy, both as a special additional flavoring for cooked foods, and as the central ingredient in both delicate and hearty dishes.

Mushrooms and fungi of all kinds have been used as food, and poisonous ones are easily mistaken for edible varieties which look very much ali...
