Who is the best story teller?
Let the debate begin.

Brother's Grimm because their stories are way better.
cffutah says:
sometimes fictional stories win the hearts more then the real mccoy.
Hans Christian Andersen because his stories are more original.
TheTravelGal says:
Like the added warmth, but do enjoy the Brother's Grimm
bloomingrose says:
Just did some research on Hans Christian Andersen for International Children's book day and I found out what a genius he was. Over 200 stories in his life, and all so haunting.
Aquavel says:
Hans Christian Anderson because there's strong magic on each page. I love the Brother's Grimm also, but Anderson has an added spark.
Tolovaj says:
Andersen added emotions and humour to his stories. Grimms were thinking a lot about the morals, about the norms of the society, but Andersen added a human touch, so he is far more better storyteller. With proper translation of course.
Aladdin
The original story of Aladdin is a Middle-Eastern folk tale. It concerns an impoverished young ne'er-do-well named Aladdin, in a Chinese city, who is recruited by a sorcerer from the Maghreb, who passes himself off as the brother of Aladdin's late father, convincing Aladdin and his mother of his goodwill by apparently making arrangements to set up the lad as a wealthy merchant.

This is a children's story first recorded in narrative form by English author and poet Robert Southey and first published in a volume of his writings in 1837.
