The Fairly Oddparents

Timmy is an average kid that no one understands.
Mom and Dad and Vicky always giving him commands
(Vicky): Bed twerp!
The doom and gloom up in his room is broken instantly
By his magic little fish,
They grant his every wish cuz in reality
They are his Oddparents

(Wanda): Wands and wings
(Cosmo): Floaty crowny things

Really mod, peapod buff bod, hot rod
(Timmy): Obtuse, rubber goose, green moose, guava juice, giant snake, birthday cake, large fries, chocolate shake!

It flips your lid when you are the kid with fairly oddparents!
(Vicky): Yeah right!

So what makes Timmy so special that he gets to have fairy godparents? Actually, it's how not special he or his life is that dictates the fairy placement.

Timmy's an average 10-year-old boy whose parents love, but barely notice, him and is made constantly miserable by his babysitter, Vicky. Add to that all the challenges of being a 10-year-old boy - discovering girls, coping with teachers who hate kids, accepting physical flaws - and misery is a constant companion.

Add in two fairies and mayhem becomes more the norm. Which is what makes the show fun.

Cosmo's head is the original vacuum space. In fact, he keeps snacks there rather than a brain. He'll always be my favorite character, mostly because he get all the best lines. You can count on him to fold in a fight, make the worst possible choice and always be on Timmy's side.

Poor Wanda. Married to Cosmo for going on 10,000 years, she basically has two children to corral (well, three now with Poof). She's smart, but gives in to Timmy's wishes despite her best judgment.

Mean, greedy and devious, Vicky wins the prize for the world's worst babysitter. She serves as the main villain in the show and the real reason Timmy's life is miserable enough to merit fairy godparents.

Bitter and obsessed, Mr. Crocker only finds joy in making Timmy's life miserable. At least between the hours of 8 and 3. He's determined that fairy godparents exist and focuses all his energy on trying to uncover proof.

Fairy babies are full of power - uncontrolled power, that is! Poof is the first fairy baby in thousands of years.

Timmy: That kids had no power
I had to correct
We kids are the boss now
And you can expect
That things will be different with me at the wheel
I'm ten and in charge now and here's what I feel

I made a place that the kids are now running
The view from our tree house is really quite stunning
Sanderson: Our plan look it's working we're really quite cunning
HP: To Jorgen Von Strangle we go!
Sanderson: Nice hat.
Timmy: It's candy for breakfast and ice cream for lunch
It's candy for dinner and I've got a hunch
That it's dandy we run things, don't act like a mob
There's plenty to do and we've all got a job

Timmy: All right. You go to the Learnatorium
And break everything in sight
Chester: At last!
Timmy: You get to lead my armies
All over the map

While I stay here and nap
