Colors Colors and More Colors
Fall in New England is a festival of colors that capture more then just your mind's eye, they settle deep in the heart of who you are. The change heralds the coming of winter, but for a brief few weeks the landscape is painted with a brush held in the hand of the universe.
Fall Festivals
Fall begins as a long goodbye to Summer, filled with the last of farmer's markets, fresh root vegetables, pumpkins, and leaves crunching satisfyingly underfoot.
Fall is a joyous time for children and dogs, jumping in and out of the fresh crunch of multicolored leaves. The lethargy of summer heat shifts to a sharp, cool, nip of Fall that wakens us to an awareness of all the beauty awaiting attention.
When the air is filled with undertones of spiced cider, bonfires, and toasted marshmallows, all too quickly a shiver will let you know--winter awaits, eager to turn the rain white.
