Pendleton South Carolina's Thirteenth Annual Fall Harvest Festival was held on the Village Green in historic Pendleton on Saturday, October 1, 2011. The Fall Festival ran from 10 AM to 5 PM and featured quality crafts, entertainment, food vendors, old-fashioned children's games and fine family fun. This year's event was sponsored by Pendleton Leadership Foundation.

NO PETS ALLOWED!

The fifth ever "Bubba-Bake-Off" with local fellas showing off their most(ly) creative baking skills was once again a highlight of this event! Cakes were auctioned by Scott Fricks of Fricks Used Cars and Jamie McDowell of Eagle Baskets Auctions with the proceeds going to a good local cause. Scott Fricks will be the auctioneer this year. The 2011 Bubba Bake Off was organized by The Palmetto Bank and raised $370 for the Pendleton Leadership Foundation.

PENDLETON FALL HARVEST FESTIVAL 2011
SATURDAY, OCTOBER 1ST
10:00 AM TO 5:00 PM
Vendor Information
Submission of application does not guarantee acceptance due to limited space and need for variety. The committee will approve selections. Accepted applicants will be notified.

1. The Festival will be held on the Town Square in downtown Historic Pendleton, SC, October 1, 2011. The Festival opens to the public at 10:00 am and closes at 5:00 pm.
2. All vendors are responsible for collecting and reporting any appropriate taxes. Vendors must collect & report SC sales tax. If you do not have a SC sales tax number, you must apply for one. If you need a form, copies are available at Pendleton Town Hall. It is not the responsibility of the Pendleton Fall Harvest Festival Committee to collect & report taxes.
3. Vendors participate at their own risk. Sponsors accept no responsibility for loss or damage.
4. Vendors are responsible for their own set-up & break-down including tables, tents, chairs,
extension cords, etc. Tents & displays should be properly secured in the event of strong winds.
5. Vendors may begin setting up between the hours of 5:00 & 7:00 pm on the afternoon prior to the Festival or elect to begin setup at 7:00 am the day of the Festival. All setup must be complete by 9:30 am on Saturday. Breakdown may begin at 5:00 pm on Saturday. No overnight security is provided.
6. Vendor booth space size is 10x10 and will be assigned by festival staff/coordinators. Vendor signage should represent vendor only and no other business.
7. All vendor vehicles must be removed from the town square area by 9:30 am the day of the
Festival.
8. The Pendleton Fall Harvest Festival is an alcohol, tobacco and pet free event. Violators are subject to fines and/or dismissal from the festival.
9. Pendleton Fall Harvest Festival is a rain or shine event!
10. ALL vendor application/fees must be received by September 9th. Craft/art vendors wishing to apply after this date will pay a higher fee. (See application for details). NO APPLICATIONS WILL BE ACCEPTED AFTER 5 PM SEPT. 23RD.
11. Art/Craft vendor fees are not refundable after September 17th.
12. Checks should be made to: Pendleton Leadership Foundation. Do not mail cash.
13. Public restrooms & additional handicap parking are located across East Queen Street behind the District Commission Building.
14. A manned information table will be located on the patio at the rear of Farmers Hall to address vendor questions on the day of the festival.
15. Please contact the appropriate vendor coordinators if you have questions prior to the festival.

Thank you to all the men who entered the 2010 Bubba Bake Off. It was lots of fun and raised $600 for Friends of the Park (STEP UP TO THE PLATE fundraising campaign) to renovate the ball fields at Veterans Park. Former Clemson Football Coach, Danny Ford, was the Auctioneer and was very entertaining.

Self-guided tour with mass start at 8:30AM
Century riders must start by 9:00AM
All other riders must start by 9:30AM
Pre-Ride Registration Fee: $30/$35 (short/long sleeve shirt)
Day of the Ride Registration: $40
Day of the Ride Registration Open 7:30-9:30AM
Registered cyclists receive a short or long sleeved T-shirt, route map, SAG vehicle support, and rest stops
