Get a liquid eyeliner.
1. Draw a line close to your upper lash line starting from the inner corner.
2. Tilt upwards slightly as you go a quarter of an inch beyond the outer edge of your eye.
Line the lower lash line with a black eye pencil and you're done.
Fall 2007 Lips
