Family Guy Video Showcase
Ranked #13,269 in Entertainment, #162,596 overall
Family Guy: Just Your Typical (If Slightly Dysfunctional) Family
The show is set in Quahog, Massachusetts and just about every topic you can think of gets covered. There is some violence and bloodshed in this show and it is definitely not a show for the kiddies.

DarthStewie Bobble-head Blue Harvest
Darth Stewie emerges as the Dark Lord of the Sith in the Family Guy episode "Blue Harvest," and this clever wobbling take on the adorable but mischievous Stewie Griffin is one for all Star Wars and Family Guy fans to notice.
The amusing 7-inch tall bobble head features Stewie in Darth Vader duds, perched atop the Death Star, wielding his trusty red lightsaber. You'll get a kick out of him and your Rebel-scum friends' reactions with this guy sitting on your desk!

Family Guy All I know Blue T-Shirt Tee
Family Guy blue t-shirt. A Quahog is a clam. Dogs and babies can talk, listen to them. Death is no good with the ladies. Nudists are people too. When you're beautiful doors magically open for you. The dinosaurs died out because you touch yourself. Don't take coupons from giant chickens. Greased up guys are impossible to catch. Don't accept popsicles from weird old men. Evil monkeys aren't as evil as they seem. Pimples, however are very evil. Purgatory isn't great, but it isn't bad either. Everything works out if you do whatever you want. Don't trust people in checkered suits. Don't buy volcano insurance. You can't eat a stapler. Don't do 'Toad.' TV is freakin' sweet. Petitions actually work. 100% cotton. Officially Licensed.

Family Guy: Blue Harvest
Family Guy: Blue Harvest
What better way to launch Family Guy's sixth season and commemorate Star Wars' 30th anniversary than with this double-length Very Special Episode, a full-scale, awesomely animated spoof that recasts George Lucas' saga with Family Guy's galaxy of characters:
Chris (Seth Green) is Luke;
Lois (Alex Borstein) is Princess Leia;
Peter (Seth McFarlane) is Han Solo, but not, as expected, Jabba the Hut;
Brian (Seth, again) is Chewbacca;
Quagmire (and again, Seth) is C3PO;
Cleveland is R2D2;
Herbert, the creepy senior pedophile, is Obi-Wan (both voiced by Mike Henry);
and, of course, Stewie (Seth, already) is Darth Vader ("My diapers have gone over to the dark side").
Poor Meg is reduced to a cameo as the hideous reptilian creature that haunts the garbage compactor.
Blue Harvest is reverently faithful to A New Hope, while engaging in typical Family Guy pop-culture references (everything from those old Grey Poupon commercials to Doctor Who, Airplane, Dirty Dancing, and Deal or No Deal) and bizarre digressions (the iconic opening crawl detours into an appreciation of a "way naked" Angelina Jolie in Gia).
Along for the wild ride are Judd Nelson, who contributes a voice cameo as John Bender for a Breakfast Club gag, Rush Limbaugh railing against futuristic affirmative action on Tatooine talk radio, and Beverly D'Angelo and Chevy Chase as the vacationing Griswolds observing the rebellion from their orbiting station wagon.
A Star Wars spoof in 2007 isn't exactly uncharted territory. As Chris Griffin notes in this episode's final moments, Robot Chicken brilliantly did it months earlier (and let us not forget Mel Brooks' Spaceballs from 1987; or, on second thought...).
But the Force is strong with Family Guy, and who could resist the opportunity to hear the Muzak playing in a Death Star elevator?

Seth MacFarlane plays Peter and Brian and Stewie Griffin. Yes, all three!
Seth, Seth, Seth. What can you say about this guy Seth MacFarlane? He is the brains behind Family Guy (and American Dad) and he's sitting on a pile of money 3 stories high. He started drawing as a kid and showhow bamboozled the network into airing his twisted vision of an all-American family. Cancelled twice, but the show just kept coming back and Seth's baby is now one of the favorites shows of many. Hard to believe that he is the voice for Peter Griffin and also Brian and the diabolical Stewie. He even does Quagmire (that sounds so dirty).Macfarlane is straight out of small-town Connecticut, He went to work as an animator for the Disney studios but quit shortly after. "Like a lot of animators, I felt Disney is God. Now, it's become Disney is Satan." In May 2008, Macfarlane negotiated a deal with the Fox Network to keep on making Family Guy and American Dad until at least 2012, reportedly for $100 million. The Family Guy franchise actually rakes in over $1 Billion! All right Seth!
Alex Borstein plays Lois Griffin
Alex Borstein started out on MadTV and has done loads of voice work for shows like Pinky and the Brain, Mighty Morphin' Power Rangers, and other shows before she became Lois Griffin on the Family Guy. She has down several guest spots on various TV shows, such as Gilmore Girls and Frasier. One of my favorite quotes:[Joe is hanging from a ledge and Lois is trying to pull him back up]
Lois Griffin: Joe, you're too heavy. I can't hang on!
Joe Swanson: Pretend I'm your child, Lois!
[Lois starts to loosen her grip]
Joe Swanson: NOT MEG! NOT MEG!
Seth Green plays Chris Griffin
Seth Green has been around for so long, he's almost like an old comfortable pair of shoes. He's only 35 but he's been making movies and doing guest spots since 1985 when he was only 11 years old. He can be spotted on The Facts of Life, The Wonder Years, The X-Files and in 40 episodes of Buffy The Vampire Slayer. Veteran of dozens of movies, he played the annoying little brother opposite Patrick Dempsey in Can't Buy Me Love, but it was as Dr. Evil's son, Scott Evil in the Austin Powers movies that he really stood out. He has been doing the voice for Chris Griffin since the show aired. Mila Kunis plays Meg Griffin
Mila Kunis took over voicing the character of Meg on Family Guy in season 2. The Griffin's daughter was voiced by Lacey Chabert in the first season. Obviously you remember Mila for her portrayal of Jackie Burkhardt, the very spoiled teen in That 70s Show. She has been Meg Griffin for over 100 episodes of Family Guy since 2000. Did you kow that she was born in Kiev, Ukraine? She moved to the United States at age 7 and she credits Bob Barker and "The Price Is Right" game show with teaching her English. Kunis' acting roles were as 11-year-old Gia Carangi in the movie Gia. Angelina Jolie played Gia as an adult in the film. She was also in Krippendorf's Tribe with Richard Dreyfuss and has had numerous guest spots on TV shows. She was also recently seen in Forgetting Sarah Marshall and Max Payne. In this exclusive 88 minute DVD premiere, featuring brand new, never before seen content, Stewie, the maniacal baby genius, is distracted from his plans for world domination when he sees a man who looks just like him on television.
Convinced that this man must be his real father (after all, how could he possibly share genetic material with the dimwitted Peter?), Stewie sets off on a cross-country road trip to find him.
But his incredible journey leads him to discoveries far more vile and shocking that anything found in his diaper.

Cleveland Brown Gets A Spinoff Series From The Family Guy

Cleveland Brown got a spinoff from the show Family Guy. It's going to be called "Cleveland" and will of course feature the Griffin's neighbour, Cleveland Brown. Cleveland's going to move back home to Virginia, reconnect with his high-school sweetheart, and get his own collection of nutty neighbors -- including a British guy and a family of bears. And the brand of comedy is pretty much the same. ("Spin-off? Sounds like rip-off!" Peter complains.)
The show is being scripted by Family Guy creator, Seth McFarlane and Mike Harris (the guy who voices Cleveland), along with The Simpsons alum Rich Appel. Appel is the executive producer/showrunner on MacFarlane's other animated comedy, American Dad, which also airs on Fox. It aired April 1, 2009.
